Compassionate Self Leadership for Women was originally launched in 2018 as a not-for-profit corporate program and then as a weekly class and series of community workshops. The program offers helpful insights and a holistic approach to maintaining personal wellbeing which includes energetic self care and a focus on the relationship with yourself from a holistic perspective.

Compassionate Self Leadership for Women is now being facilitated as a FREE online weekly session and includes a self care meditation and weekly topic from the program, enabling attendees to take away some practical tools or strategies that can be applied straight away.

Sessions run for 45 minutes and are facilitated online through Zoom on Thursday evenings 7 – 7.45 PM AWST. (Commencing 25th June 2020)
